I liked today’s workout, mainly because we moved from room to room with different workouts in each room

No workout had skills at heights training

Slept in this morning no workout.
Day 4
Today was an easy workout for me. Did quite a bit of cardio

Today was a tuff work out. A lot of core workouts

Today we did some circuits it was good cardio

My goals for this semester of cross fit are to gain strength, and also improve my spend and stamina. I am excited to see what progress I make.
